WORLD’S LONGEST NET-POSITIVE FLIGHT

Saudia offset the carbon emissions, including radiative forcing impacts, by a factor of two for passenger flight SV227, from Jeddah to Madrid, making the flight net-positive.

GREEN POINTS PROGRAM

GREEN POINTS PROGRAM

Guests received Green Points for pre-selecting their meal before travel from a menu that designed to be an Eco-friendly experience. They also earned Green Points by opting out of receiving an amenity kit, as a further contribution to cutting waste and weight.

SAUDIA was proud to pilot a sustainability initiative to reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill or incineration, as well as reduce the volume of Co2 emissions emitted into our atmosphere. Together we can make a difference and tread a greener footprint.
